Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prayer Groups mobile application and website (prayergroups.co), provided by Deeter Cesler ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Prayer Groups, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prayer Groups. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prayer Groups only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a tool for prayer and community. You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any group
• Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Prayer Groups, including prayer requests and profile information. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you and the members of your prayer groups, solely to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise inappropriate.

5. Privacy

Your use of Prayer Groups is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use Prayer Groups ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prayer Groups is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Prayer Groups, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of Prayer Groups after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
